For the Standard Booths, the KES assembles the booth, and for the Block Booths, only the space is provided.

If you go online to the KES webpage, you can access much quickly to the application form and check your application status. “KES homepage -> participation information -> request participation” : On the webpage fill out the application form and get an ID and PW. Once your application has been processed, you can log in at MY KES on the KES homepage to confirm participation and check all kinds of further procedures such as the invoice and tax invoice.
You can fill out the application online, but you need to contact our office to amend it.

Your ID and PW, that are given at the application procedure, allow you to access several information on the KES homepage such as the participation request, invoice, payment, and the tax invoice.
Using your ID and PW, you can also search and register electronic products and parts on eparts-hub.com.
Pay more than 50 percent of the participation fee by March 31 (10% discount) or by May 29 (5% discount), and the rest has to be paid by June 30 to the KEA. [For general applications]

Once the payment has been received and confirmed, it will take about 1~2 weeks to issue the tax invoice.
You can check the content of the tax invoice in MY KES on the KES homepage.
When the tax invoice is issued, we will send a copy of the tax invoice by fax and the original copy by mail.
Around mid-August, we will have a meeting with the participating companies to arrange the locations of the booths.
Usually, we will consider the booth size, the order of the application submission and participation fee payment, and the exhibiting types of the products to decide the exhibiting location.
However, for effective composition of the exhibition hall, there can be some exceptions.
The schedule below shows the important dates. The details about the schedule will be reported to the participating company, and some of them may be changed.

The agency that provides the booths is to be selected among the cooperating companies of the KES.
If a participating company selects an agency other than KES’s cooperating ones, KES is not responsible for overall losses that can be occurred during the entry/exit control and the construction at the exhibition hall.
Because of such reasons, if you wish to select a non-registered company or if you need your own construction, you must send us an explanatory note with the request form to install (or change) an Block Booth by September 19.
[Limitations of carrying in dangerous items]
Goods that can cause damages to the human body such as inflammatory, explosive or radioactive goods, and liquid mercury, cannot be carried into the exhibition hall.
If you inevitably need to carry in or out some dangerous goods into the exhibition hall for your exhibition, you must submit a form requesting the permission of carrying in (out) dangerous goods.
[Limitations of carrying in super heavy exhibited goods]
If the weight of the goods for the exhibition exceeds 5 ton/㎡, you must write a form requesting the carrying in (out) the super heavy goods.
Submit the form to the secretariat and get its permission before carrying them into the exhibition hall.
[Prohibition on carrying in flowers and flower pots]
You cannot carry in flowers and large flower pots into the exhibition hall that can obstruct the exhibition and visit.
For companies that need to carry out exhibited goods during the exhibition, you must submit a form, requesting carrying out of exhibited goods to the secretariat.
After getting the permission you are allowed to carry them out. The request forms will be provided at the organizing secretariat during the exhibition.
You cannot dismantle the booth and exhibited goods before the official closing of the exhibition without prior permission from the organizing secretariat.
If you violate this, the relevant company will be restricted from participating in future exhibitions.
The organizing secretariat will have 24-hour security guards during the preparation of the exhibition, during the exhibition and when dismantling it in order to protect the participating companies’ booths and exhibited goods.
Further, the participating companies and people related to equipment companies will have to wear an entry pass issued by the secretariat in order to restrict the entrance of the exhibition hall.
However, the final responsibility of the exhibited goods lies on the participating companies that the participating companies should pay attention to managing their exhibited goods.
In particular, we recommend the participants to separately get insurance for expensive exhibited goods and equipment.
You cannot sell anything in the exhibition hall.
If the participating company violates this, the organizing secretariat can dismantle the booth of the relevant company even during the exhibition, and KES does not take any responsibility for losses thereby incurred.
If participating companies inevitably need to use the exhibition hall outside the set hours to repair exhibition equipment during the exhibition or prepare for exhibition, you must submit a use request form to the organizing secretariat to get the permission.
For use before 08:00 or after 21:00, you must pay a small amount of fee for outside hours beforehand.
[Limitations on installing equipment and exhibited goods]
You cannot hang or stick any equipment or exhibited goods on the exhibition hall (ceiling and walls) and cannot stick wall paper, paint or spray the walls.
If you damage them, you will have to pay the entire cost of restoring them to the original state.
Also, if you use wood, you must definitely undertake fire prevention construction.
[Regulations on passage ways ]
You cannot display exhibited goods (including banners) nor hold performances or events in the aisles.
The organizing secretariat will examine each participating company’s booth design map and if it is deemed that the event stage can distract the consultation of transaction of adjacent booths, it can decide not to permit the construction of the booth.
[Trash]
The participating and equipment companies must separate recyclable trash from industrial trash (wooden sticks and vinyl, etc.) that are generated during the construction and dismantling of the booths.
The industrial trash must be collected and carried out by the companies. If this is not executed, the cost of a third collector must be born by the participating or equipment company.
[No-smoking]
The entire space in the exhibition hall during the exhibition as well as preparation and dismantling is non-smoking.
Only for companies using ‘client management system’ with some certain fee, a DB of visitors will be put together and sent to each company through email within one to two weeks after the end of the exhibition.
The DB of visitors that visited the company will be provided only to companies that have requested the client management system.
